Simon joined Quayle Munro in April 2013. He began his career at Deutsche Bank and was most recently part of the TMT team at Jefferies where he worked on a number of M&A and equity transactions predominately in the software and fintech sectors.

Over the course of his career, Simon has worked on a range of corporate advisory activities, including the sale of 4Sight Financial Software to Broadridge, the acquisition of Paysafecard for Skrill, the acquisition of Pirum for Five Arrows, the sale of Teraco to Permira, AVEDAS to Thomson Reuters, Clinical Solutions to Capita and CT-Concept to Power Integrations.

Simon has an MSc Finance from Imperial College and a BSc Financial Economics (1st Class) from the University of London.
