“Quayle Munro has a well-established business model operating under an owner/operator structure with long term international advisory and M&A practice at its heart. Remarkably, Quayle Munro has the ability to make selective growth equity minority investments from its balance sheet in the media, technology and business services space where it has deep experience and domain knowledge.”

Mark joined Quayle Munro in 2014 from Jefferies International where, for the last five years, he was Head of European Technology Investment Banking.

Mark has over 20 years’ investment banking experience encompassing mergers, acquisitions, disposals and equity and debt fundraisings for a wide range of UK and international clients, both privately and publicly owned.

Mark has covered the technology sector since the late 1990s and was Head of European Technology Investment Banking for both Citigroup and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Mark is focused on software, fintech and IT enabled business services in key growth verticals, where he has acted on a significant number of technology transactions, most recently the sale of 4Sight Financial Software to Broadridge and the sale of Target Group to Tech Mahindra.
