Biography

James joined Quayle Munro in April 2017 from Livingstone Partners where he was a Director in the Business Services team.

James’ experience comprises M&A transactions for both publicly listed and private companies, debt and equity capital raisings, corporate and management advisory roles.

Notable transactions include Bowmark and Five Arrow’s sale of Autodata to Solera, WPP’s disposal of Grass Roots Group to Blackhawk Network, LDC’s sale of TwoFour to ITV, the sale of Maxxima to ICS, OpenGI’s MBO with Montagu, the IPO of NBNK Investments and the take private of Climate Exchange plc by ICE.

James is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge.
