Advised Cengage Learning on the sale of Paraninfo SA to Ediciones Nobel

Quayle Munro, international corporate finance advisers in media, information and technology, has advised Cengage Learning (“Cengage”), a leading provider of print and digital information services for the educational and library reference markets, on the sale of Cengage Learning Paraninfo S.A. (“Paraninfo”), one of Spain’s best-known vocational publishers.  Paraninfo was acquired for an undisclosed amount by Ediciones Nobel.

Founded in 1954, Paraninfo publishes textbooks, manuals, study guides and reference works for the ciclos formativos, university and professional markets.  The Company also has a growing number of online resources, principally for professional users.  Its products are sold throughout Spain and Latin America.
