Quayle Munro is pleased to announce that it has advised FLYdocs Systems Limited (“FLYdocs”), a leading provider of aviation records management software, on an investment by Growth Capital Partners (“GCP”).
FLYdocs was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Tamworth, Staffordshire. The FLYdocs platform offers best in class aviation records management software and paperless aircraft transition services to commercial airlines, lessors and other aviation industry participants worldwide.
The investment from GCP will enable FLYdocs to accelerate its growth and take advantage of the growing demand for digital records management services across the commercial aviation industry.
The FLYdocs transaction adds to Quayle Munro’s track record in advising aviation software and data businesses.
